Kristal Sevcik, a dedicated Hidden Gem
When your husband pops his head into a school board meeting and says "I need to talk to you", you go! When Kristal Sevcik excused herself from her meeting at Faribault Lutheran School, little did she know the surprise in store!
Family and friends and all the school board members were in on the surprise to honor Kristal as a Hidden Gem!
Kristal was recognized for her dedication to Faribault Lutheran Schools.
In her comments she said it was very humbling.
The photos below show Pam Kreager, a Virtues Project volunteer, presenting the award to Kristal. Each Hidden Gem winner receives a Hidden Gem award from the Faribault Daily News, a set of Virtues Reflection Cards from The Virtues Project, and a cake for the surprise party from Hy-Vee Bakery.
